When do we pay?
Payment is due before each session or at the beginning of your monthly plan.
How do we pay?
We accept payments via Stripe — you’ll receive a secure link at checkout or can request an invoice.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans can be paused or cancelled with 7 days' notice before your next billing cycle.
Are materials included?
Yes! All academic resources, and digital tools are included in your package.
Do you include online practice tools with tutoring?
Yes! All enrolled students receive a free IXL subscription for Reading and Math for the duration of their tutoring sessions. You'll receive login details on your welcome email and we’ll help your child get started.
